What your about to read is a copy of the transcripts form 08/22/97.   The day minor 1, minor 2 and myself appeared before the honorable judge to answer charges filed with the States Attorney's office.

As parent and legal guardian I was charged with "abuse and neglect".   Minor 1 and minor 2 was charged with being "chronic truants in need of supervision".  Journey through this legal arena, imagine yourself as a loving and devoted parent and you have just been charged with abusing your child.
